2. What Batchr is
Batchr is a Figma plugin that helps users export and optimise assets. Batchr offers:
- free installation
- a 7-day in-plugin trial
- a paid Pro subscription
- subscription management via Stripe Customer Portal
3. Information we collect
We may collect the following information:
A. Account and licensing information
- email address entered into the plugin
- licence status
- trial status
- trial start and end dates
- subscription status
B. Billing-related information
- Stripe customer ID
- Stripe subscription ID
- limited billing and subscription metadata needed to manage access
Batchr does not store your full payment card details. Payments are handled by Stripe.
C. Technical and service information
- backend request logs
- error logs
- limited technical information needed to provide, secure, and support the service
D. Support information
If you contact support, we may collect information you provide, such as:
- your name
- your email address
- screenshots
- bug reports
- support messages
4. Information we do not intentionally collect
We do not intentionally collect or store the contents of your Figma design files on our servers for normal licensing and billing operations.
Batchr’s backend is used primarily for:
- trial management
- licence checks
- subscription checks
- checkout session creation
- customer portal session creation
5. Local storage on your device
Batchr may store limited information locally within Figma or plugin storage on your device, such as saved email address, interface state, preferences, and workflow-related settings. This helps the plugin remember your setup and improve performance.
This local storage is separate from the information processed by our backend services for licensing, trial, and subscription management.
6. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- provide and operate Batchr
- start and manage your trial
- verify subscription and licence status
- enable paid Pro access
- provide checkout and subscription-management links
- respond to support requests
- maintain service security and reliability
- prevent abuse or misuse

14. Subscription cancellation
