These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Batchr plugin, website, and related services.
Batchr is operated by Adam Whyard, trading as Batchr.
By using Batchr, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service
Batchr is a Figma plugin that helps users export and optimise assets.
Features may be available on:
- a free basis
- a 7-day trial basis
- a paid Pro subscription basis
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Batchr.
If you use Batchr on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
4. Your information
You may need to provide an email address to:
- start a trial
- check a licence
- subscribe to Pro
- manage a subscription
You agree to provide accurate and current information.
5. Trial
Batchr may offer a 7-day trial. Trial eligibility is determined by Batchr’s backend systems.
We may refuse, limit, or withdraw trial access where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, abuse, or circumvention.
6. Paid subscription
Batchr Pro is offered as a paid subscription processed through Stripe.
By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
Unless otherwise stated:
- subscriptions renew automatically
- billing continues until cancelled
- pricing and billing intervals are shown at checkout
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing in the future. If we do, we will provide reasonable notice before any pricing changes take effect for future billing periods.
7. Managing and cancelling subscriptions
Subscription management is provided through Stripe Customer Portal.
If you cancel, your access will generally continue until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your account may return to the free tier.
8. Refunds
Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Batchr unlawfully
- interfere with the service
- attempt to bypass trial, billing, or licence controls
- misuse the plugin in a way that harms Batchr, Figma, Stripe, Supabase, or other users
- reverse engineer or exploit the service except as permitted by law
- use Batchr to infringe intellectual property rights
10. Intellectual property
Batchr and all related branding, software, and materials are owned by or licensed to Adam Whyard, trading as Batchr.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Batchr in accordance with these Terms.
11. Your content
You retain ownership of your own design files and content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to use, export, and process that content.
We do not monitor, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content or assets you process or export using Batchr. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licences to use, export, and distribute your content.
12. Service changes and availability
Batchr may be updated, changed, improved, suspended, or discontinued from time to time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

15. Disclaimer
Batchr is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that:
- the service will always be uninterrupted
- the service will meet every workflow need
- every defect will be corrected immediately
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adam Whyard, trading as Batchr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of Batchr.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim relating to Batchr will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid for Batchr in the 12 months before the claim, or
- £100
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- you breach these Terms
- we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse
- continuing to provide the service would create legal, operational, or security risk
You may stop using Batchr at any time.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be made available on our website or related pages.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
